Refund Policy: Sales are final. We will exchange defective merchandise if we are notified within 14 days. Contact us before returning the item. Refunds will only be issued if no replacement is available. Refunds will be issued as a credit to the same credit card the original purchase was made on. Institutional customers paying by check can receive a credit to their account or a refund by check. There are no refunds on Vacca Research subscriptions.
